Our lactation bars have been formulated to have anti-colic effects your little one. Yes, mom, anti-colic.  It’s sugar, dairy, caffeine, lactose and preservative free. This means that the natural ingredients that are used will not cause any food sensitivity reactions such as cramps, reflux or gas.

Our lactation bars are high in vitamin A, C and B6, protein, calcium, iron and magnesium, making it a wholesome and nutritious snack for both you and your milk supply, with many moms swearing they have a richer, creamier and more satisfying breast milk since they started with it.

Note: Fenugreek is not suitable for mothers with diabetes and thyroid problems. Please consult a registered healthcare practitioner if you unsure whether you can consume them.


Various galactagogues have been chosen as the main ingredients of the lactation bars to work in harmony to stimulate the mother’s oxytocin and prolactin hormones. These hormones are used to produce and enhance breast milk naturally.

The Honey & Nut Lactation Bars are packaged in a box of 15 bars. This amount has been specifically chosen for breastfeeding mothers struggling with a low supply. Consuming only 1 lactation bar per day, most mothers notice a significant increase in their breast milk supply after 2-3 days, stabilising at the maximum volume that their child requires each feed or pumping session by day 7 or bar 7, or even earlier. The remaining 8 bars or 8 days allow their bodies to keep on producing the maximum volume independently so that no more lactation bars or any other supplement are required to maintain their supply once the box is empty.

If, under circumstances such as menstruation or stress, your breast milk supply decreases, you can simply boost your breast milk supply immediately by having one or two lactation bars from a second box.


Consume 1 lactation bar every day for 15 days until the quantity in the box is complete to restore or increase your breast milk supply. Mothers may ‘double up’ by consuming 2 lactation bars per day, but still need to consume at least 1 bar every day over the course of two weeks to stabilize their milk supply independently from supplements.

The lactation bars can also be consumed just as a wholesome breastfeeding snack every day and for any length of period that the mother chooses, even when you do not need to increase your milk supply or after your supply has stabilized with the completion of a box. This ensures, with the micro-nutrients consumed, that you offer the best and healthiest breast milk to your little one that your body can produce.

Pregnant mothers can pack 5 bars in their hospital bag and consume a bar once labor started as a birthing snack. Vaginal birth moms can consume the lactation bars from early labor every 6 to 12 hours as they like until their baby is born.


Elective cesarean moms must start 24 hours BEFORE they need to stop eating for the birth. They should have the first bar 24 hours before their last meal, a second 12 hours before, and the third with their last meal. A fourth bar must be consumed with their first meal after their baby was born. This helps to ensure a breast milk supply for the very first latch after birth. If they have an insufficient milk supply thereafter or if their baby is not picking up weight healthily, they can continue to consume a bar per day.

The bars can be consumed daily as a breakfast bar, meal replacement or a convenient on-the-go snack.

Serving suggestion:


Add 5ml (1 heaped teaspoon) of tea leaves to a tea strainer. Add 1 cup of hot water and leave to extract for 5min. Remove strainer (or leave for a stronger extraction) and sweeten with honey to taste.




For the best results, have 1 to 3 cups per day hot or cold. Start by having 1 cup per day for a few weeks and gradually increase to 2 cups per day and then 3.




Only use from 30 weeks when pregnant and inform your medical professional that you are consuming it.
