General Return Policy
At Milk Lactation Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- •Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- •Items must be in the same condition as received
- •Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- •Provide your order number and reason for return
Breast Milk Jewellery Returns
Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of breast milk jewellery, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a breast milk jewellery piece with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will either:
- •Repair or remake the piece at no additional cost, or
- •Provide a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and dispatching orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

- 2.Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
- 3.We will arrange for a replacement to be sent or process a full refund
We will cover all shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@milklactationproducts.co.za or call 072 341 8812 with:
- •Your order number
- •Product name(s) you wish to return
- •Reason for return
Step 2: Get Approval
We'll review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Important Notes:
- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- •Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- •Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified
- •Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product:
- 1.Return your original item following our return process
- 2.Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the item you prefer
This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible without waiting for the return process to complete.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- •Opened or partially consumed food products (lactation bars, pregnancy bars, etc.)
- •Custom or personalized breast milk jewellery (unless defective)
- •Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- •Items not in their original condition or packaging
