Payment must be received before your order is dispatched. We use PayFast as our payment gateway, which securely processes all debit/credit card and EFT payments.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order.

Our return policy allows you to request a return within a specified period from the date of delivery. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or customization (such as breast milk jewellery).

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

When ordering custom breast milk jewellery, you acknowledge and agree that:

• •You are providing your own breast milk sample and accept full responsibility for its authenticity
• •Each piece is uniquely handcrafted and may vary slightly from product images
• •Custom jewellery items are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of defect or damage
• •Production time for breast milk jewellery is 5-10 business days after we receive your sample
• •We are not responsible for samples lost or damaged in transit if you choose to courier them yourself

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Milk Lactation Products and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent.
